Walking you home

My journey into death-work began in 2001 when I discovered a profound meditation practice at a Buddhist center in Madison, WI. This transformative experience, which included an empowerment of the Medicine Buddha, deeply resonated with me and set me on a path of compassion and service. Inspired by this calling, I pursued nursing education in Madison before moving to Chicago, where I have been dedicated to serving as a Registered Nurse since 2008, transitioning my focus specifically to hospice care since 2011.

Throughout my career, I have witnessed the powerful impact of holistic care in easing the end-of-life journey. Recognizing yoga as a powerful healing modality I expanded my practice by receiving my 200 YTT in 2019. Since then, I have been teaching yoga, integrating its principles to support physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

My lifelong passion for learning and my sense of wonder about the mysteries of the universe continue to guide my approach to care. I am committed to providing compassionate, holistic support, honoring each individual’s unique journey with empathy and respect.
